Move & Groove Aerobics

The feel-good fitness class! If you’re looking for a cardio-based exercise class which uses music to motivate, this is the one for you. Using aerobic and dance style moves to get you moving, you’ll come away from this class with those feel-good hormones pumping, energy boosted and confidence radiating.

Specifically designed for mums, you know the class is appropriate and safe for you with our fully qualified postnatal fitness instructor.

*No need to worry about childcare as you can bring your baby and/or toddler with you!*

This one hour class is designed so you can wear your baby in a sling or carrier for the whole session! Or, if you’d prefer, our venues are larger than needed to ensure space for prams, car seats and play mats so your little one can relax or play next to you whilst you exercise.

Strength Classes

Pregnancy & Postnatal classes available - Please ensure you check the class when booking

  • Bump, Birth, Beyond - Pregnancy Strength

  • Postnatal Power Circuits - Ladies Only Strength

One week could bring interval training, another pyramid circuits. The aim of this 45 minute class is to build strength, improve posture and leave you feeling empowered. For postnatal clients, there will always be a focus on reconnecting with the body after pregnancy and birth, whilst the focus for prenatal clients will be to connect with your changing body through the different stages of pregnancy.

Strength classes will involve both bodyweight and small equipment exercises. Although this may not be a cardio focused class, it should result in you working up a sweat! 

These classes aren’t designed for you to wear your baby and we never use your babies as weights! However, during day time classes, there will be lots of exercise mats, play mats and other toys to enable you to have your baby or toddler nearby whilst you exercise. There will also always be space in our venues so that you can bring your pram, car seat or own play equipment should you wish to do so.

Strength classes are also available in an evening for those mums and mums-to-be who may not be able to make classes during the day or those who are looking for some much needed ME time!

Mama at the Barre

A unique blend of ballet-inspired movements, strength training, and elements of pilates and yoga. These classes are designed to target specif muscle groups while promoting flexibility, balance, and overall body conditioning.

  • Barre Body - Focusing on improving muscle strength

  • Barre Burn - Focusing on improving cardiovascular fitness

  • Barre Flow - Focusing on improving mobility and flexibility

This may be a low impact class but it is highly intense! With different aspects to every Mama at the Barre class, you know you will leave feeling strong and empowered!

Barre classes offer a dynamic and fun workout experience, which is suitable for all fitness levels. The combination of strength training, dance and flexibility exercises provides a well-rounded workout.

Although it is not always suitable to wear your little one in a carrier or sling during this class, there will always be plenty of space available for your baby or toddler to rest or play nearby whilst you exercise.

Indoor & Outdoor Bootcamp Classes

*Classes available to all ladies - Pregnancy & Postnatal safe!*

Bootcamp classes are available in an evening for all women, including those mums and mums-to-be who may not be able to make classes during the day or those who are looking for some much needed ME time!

Combining cardiovascular exercises with bodyweight and small equipment strength exercises, whether you are taking part in an indoor or outdoor Bootcamp class, you will leave knowing you have had a full body workout!

Fitness games, circuits and interval training are just some of the elements you will find in our Bootcamp classes. Every week is slightly different, making this class fun, keeping you on your toes and leaving you wanting to come back for more!

Happy Mamas in the Park

Group fitness classes in the outdoors!

Combining strength and cardio exercises, this class uses mainly bodyweight, small equipment and the natural environment to get your heart rate raised and muscles working all whilst enjoying the great outdoors!

Classes are designed so you can have your little one in their pram or playing on a picnic blanket nearby. Have a slightly older little one? No problem! Although all children you bring along to any Happy Mama Fitness class are your own responsibility, outdoor sessions are always held in parks with plenty of space so any older children can play safely nearby.

Specifically designed for mums and mums-to-be, you can feel confident in knowing that all exercises are safe for you, no matter your stage of pregnancy or postpartum journey.
